jazmín berakha
Another post about embroidery! I am really enjoying seeing thread on paper and fabric, and here is another artist that has been doing it: Jazmín Berakha. She is a visual artist living in Buneos Aires, and embroidery is really just one of the many ways that she translates her voice into her work.
The detailing of the work is very nice (and somewhat awe inspiring when looking at how small the stitches are!). It’s very intricate– in each piece, the embroidering is not just for accent; it is the focal point and stands on its own very well.
