I am an avid reader and fan of fash­ion blogs, but not as much a fan fash­ion illus­tra­tion. I do, how­ever, like the work of Trac­cia­menti, an artist liv­ing in Italy. Her draw­ings of fash­ion are a nice take on the genre.

For me, Trac­cia­menti has added another layer to these depic­tion of cloth­ing. They rep­re­sent pain, desires, and also ideas! It’s as if I’m look­ing at blue­prints for a future society.
