Yesterday I wrote about Stephen Eichhorn’s collaged plant arrangements. Today, let’s take a look at plants in 3D form!

Heidi Norton has heavily utilized wax in her recent work, using it as a way to contain plants, pigment, and other materials. Plants and roots are trapped amongst the beautiful chaos that is present within the wax and resin.

I am mesmerized by the construction of Heidi’s work. Not only from the logistics of placing plants in wax, but the surface painting and color! Beautiful.
