Time Travel Tuesday — Soviet Postcards

Are Sovi­et-era post­cards real­ly that dif­fer­ent from oth­er coun­tries’ post­cards from this time? I don’t know, but the Sovi­et Post­cards Tum­blr seems to think so. It’s ded­i­cat­ed to post­cards from this era. Like most post­cards, they vary in their illus­tra­tions. Some that I’ve includ­ed here are pro­pa­gan­da for the USSR, while oth­ers are just sort of strange. Either way, it’s fur­ther insight into this for­mer bas­tion of communism.
