It was well over a year ago that I marveled over the hand embroidery kits of Kiriki Press, and with the holidays around the corner, I was thinking again about the delightful collection of stitched animals. If you know someone that loves crafts and is interested in embroidery, these all-inclusive kits are fantastic.
The character design is both adorable and is appropriate for a variety of skill levels. Some creatures, like the jubilant elephant, are considered a Level 1 pattern because of its basic stitches. But for those with more embroidery experience, the fashionable beaver is a fun challenge; it’s the most advanced of the Level 3 patterns thanks to its combination of knotting and weaving. My favorite is the llama, a Level 2 kit with an envious tuft of hair.
