I am really enjoying the style of LLCoolJo today. His style, a bit of alternative comic look to it, works really well with portraits. I love how dark they are, which makes me sort of uneasy. Ever since watching Ren and Stimpy as a child, I’ve had an aversion to bugs, worms, and things of general sliminess. These drawings remind me of young Sara, watching the show and feeling totally grossed out by it. Fond memories.
